Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Supriyo Das, a customer of Reliance JIO (Mobile Number: 7980021002). I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the unprofessional and arrogant behavior of a JIO customer care executive who called me from the number 8910336038 on 01.03.2025.

During the call, the executive informed me that if I did not recharge my number on the same day, my service would be discontinued. When I asked for clarification regarding my last recharge and why my service was being threatened despite not recharging for 6 months previously without any issues, the executive responded in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner.

The executive stated, “I am not here to answer all your questions. If you do not recharge today, your number will be closed, and we will give this number to another person.” This behavior is unacceptable and amounts to harassment and intimidation.

Key Issues:
Unprofessional Conduct: The executive spoke arrogantly and refused to provide basic information about my account.

Threat of Disconnection: The executive threatened to disconnect my number and allocate it to another person without providing a valid reason or proper notice.

Lack of Clarity: Despite being a loyal customer, I was not given a clear explanation for the sudden change in policy (from 6 months to 3 months of non-recharge).

Relief Sought:
A formal apology from JIO for the unprofessional behavior of their customer care executive.

Clarification on the policy regarding service discontinuation due to non-recharge.

Compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused.

I request the Honorable Commission to take appropriate action against Reliance JIO for their unfair practices and ensure that such incidents do not occur with other customers in the future.
