R/sir,
I have done recharge of Rs.101 on date 6/05/2021 to get data booster pack but on same day my validity plan was expired, so I recharged again 555 plan also on same day but before 101 pack(data booster pack),when I complain this to the company there executives are saying that your plan was expired that’s why, 101 plan expired but according to procedure I recharged my validity plan first then data booster pack.and customer support was not giving valid reason for this.
