Last week, I called to have Jio fiber WiFi installed at my address. A person named Arko from the Park Street Branch of Jio office talked with me over phone and sent a representative named Rahul to my house to check whether Jio fiber WiFi could be installed at this location. He checked and told me to pay 1000 rupees, which I paid. through online
Then he left, saying another person would come to install it. Then neither the second person came, to installed there.
nor the first person and Arko himself picked up my phone after ringing several times. Even they didn’t install the connection and not giving any reply of my massges. After that, he’s not returning calls for a refund, and there’s no response.
Your service is not up to par, please fix it. Also the behavior of your staffs are very un professional.
