Dear sir,
I recently port my number 9812927841 in jio from idea but when i recharge my number online on dated 16 and 17nov 2018 of amount 149 after porting the same my bank balance was deducted and recharge not happened. I try same transaction by 4 time all time this issue created balance deducted jio number not recharged. I complain the matter with jio care but they are saying there is no such transaction done on your number. Bank statement and screen shot attached
Please do the needful and refund my balance.
