I Would Like To Inform You That I Had Purchased Intex LED 4012FHD SR. No 2112017031163807720 Invoice No 596 Dt. 14/10/2016 From Karan Electronics Baddi . Since Last One Month I Am Facing Colour Display Problem In My LED. I have Booked Complaint Ref No A101990010315 Dt 19/10/2020 But Till Now Intex Has Not Been Solved My Problem. Intex Have Given Me 09/11/2020 Date To Solve My Problem. On 13/011/2020 Intex engineer called me for replacement when I checked LED I found Intex was giving old repaired LED whose screen was totally damaged. I refused to accept defected old LED. After that till Now my complaint Has Not Yer Solved. I Am Regularly Requesting Intex Team But They Are Not Repairing My LED. Kindly Look into the Matter & Do Needful.
