I’ve been working in contexto since 4 months. In the month I.e, in April, I’ve been started facing the issue with the ‘stipend’.
Actually in the terms and condition form that they’ve provided us in the beginning of the internship, they’ve mentioned that they’ll be paying Rs15 per question if we cross monthly kpi of 300 questions no matter what and if not they’ll pay us 10rs per question. Accordingly, I’ve completed 348 question in This month, and they’re still not paying me rs15 per question and ended up paying me rs10. When I questioned why did an I getting paid with 10rs per question even after reaching monthly target. They’ve asked me join the google meet call there, I’ve questioned the same thing saying “why am I getting paid rs10 even I cross the monthly target” they’ve said that you’ve not worked constantly. But I’ve tried my best work and even fought if I don’t allot with questions. In their terms and conditions sheet, they’ve clearly mentioned that the payout would be 15rs if you’ve crossed 300+ for the month. When I mentioned this thing, they simply said that in terms and conditions sheet we’ve also mentioned that you’ve to inform 15 days prior to resign and do extra penalty of 150 more questions they added. But I’ve completed my 3 months time slot and now I think I’ve right to leave the organisation at any time. They said we don’t offer that policy. I said that, 3months is the minimum time that we’ve to work. They said it’s not about time limit but youve to do extra penalty no matter when you leave. But they clearly mentioned 3 months is the minimum time that we’ve to work in there. Finally he said in meet that, ‘if you wanted to take the stipend, you can take otherwise it’s your wish’ and he hanged my call suddenly. Apart from this when I’m having the conversation with one of the employees in their organisation i was unable to receive proper resolution so I texted the company’s head Mr. Sujeet Kumar but he has blocked me in WhatsApp and provided me no resolution. Moreover they’re also deducting a lot of money in the name of tax. Seriously we as an interns receiving very less amount, also they are charging penalty and also charging tds in which most of the internships don’t charge. My request is I’ve to get paid of rs15 per question because rs10 with their tons of penalties is not worth for this hardwork. Please provide me the best resolution. Currently they might not be open for hiring process so I couldn’t able to see them in internshala. I’m attaching the nda form. And the chat where he asked me to join in google meet otherwise he said he’ll not be responding.
