My Wife Named Anita Karad,was admitted in “Gitte Hospital” in February 2022 . I send all Documents to icici health insurance Company but there after my claim Rejected without proper reason. Also icici claim verification officer Mr. Salim Shah Threatened me also Shouting on me. His behaviour and Language is very very Arrogant and Manner Less… He use abusive language…then Rejected my Claim without proper Reason.
