I gave add for marriage of my son in Tribune Newspaper on 03-06-23. I then received call from one girl who told her name Kavya from Humsafar Matrimony, Varanasi tel No. 7706864596. She told me that she can share girl proposal as required by us. And she share one proposal which we liked. She asked us that to speak to girl’s parents, we have to pay registration fee of Rs.6000 of which 50% is to be deposited in advance. So she shared the detail of Humsafar Matrimoni account with HDFC Bank.

I deposited the amount on 17-06-23 and shared screen shot with her. Then she again told me no I have to further deposit Rs.1450/- to speak to girl’s family. I told her that this never told earlier and did not deposit. There after they stopped talking to me and did not make me speak to girl’s family. It appears that this is their modus operandi to cheat people.
