Dear Cyber Cell,
I am writing this complaint to bring to your attention the unethical and fraudulent practices of Hero Rupee, a financial services company. I had applied for a loan with the company and was promised a quick and hassle-free loan disbursement process. However, the reality was far from what was promised.
Without final confirmation, Hero Rupee disbursed a loan amount and later asked for a much higher repayment amount. When I expressed my concerns, they started harassing me with different phone numbers, some even from Pakistan and China. They even threatened to harm my family members and relatives. This behavior is unacceptable and has caused me a great deal of mental distress.
I strongly believe that Hero Rupee is a fraudulent company that engages in illegal activities to cheat innocent people. Therefore, I urge you to take strict action against the company and its owners. They should be held accountable for their actions and punished accordingly.
I request you to investigate the matter thoroughly and take appropriate action as soon as possible.
