Hello, first of all I was just exploring their application and they gave me a loan of 3500 without my consent out of which 1250 was interest and only credited 2250 for a tenure of 7 days.
Later after 6 days one of their agents called me on WhatsApp, gave me the loan number and took two payments of 1225 and 2250, after this the loan was showing as finished on the application.
After 6 days on Dec 24, 22 I again start getting calls from them asking for full payment of 3500 for same loan amount, upon enquiring they said they have only received 1225 which was the interest amt and never got 2250.
After I checked the WhatsApp chats of the previous agent he has very smartly deleted all messages where he asked for 2250, however I still have the screenshot of that chat where it randomly shows message deleted for all from his end.
I am attaching a screenshot here as well, that old agent has also blocked my number.
The new agent is now harassing me of payment and saying he will be calling all my contacts. So they want me to pay 7000 in return of 2250 for 12 days
