I took some loan from Nira online loan application.i have paid my 1st installment and due to some medical and personal emergency,i was not able to pay the remaining emi’s.I requested them that I will be repaying it in a single amount in the 6th month emi.But they refused and started calling to my office colleagues and other persons in my contact list instead of calling to the references i provided.
And warning me that they will be calling to my HR or manager or my relatives.
Even I mailed them regarding that agent harassment, they are saying it’s a part of follow ups.
