Respected sir,
I am booked for GTPL fibre connection on 3/8/ 2022
Payment of rs 4000 was successfully Online done. The person who came in By Telecalling for collecting the payment said that within 24hrs router will be installed. It’s been 3 days and router not yet installed. No one picking the phone at nodal office. Also the person who came for registration is not answering my call. Even customer care service only says that calls are escalated to management team, yet no result.
I want Emidietly my money refunded now.Receipt and Documentation is Attached for references.
