Text of Complaint by Rajni Arora and gaurav Arora:

We received a call from mahender and jatin on 17 sep 2022 to visit radison blue dwarka hotel for dinner and some voucher collection. We went there on 18 sep 2022. There were first no dinner arranged. They only provided us false and incorrect information about grand Vivanta/amanta package and confirmed us that you will get the best stay for next 5 years in 4 or 5 star property accross India. They also promised for other benefits like free movies tickets, free breakfast and dinner stay in best rooms in these properties and games available for kids. They charge 60000 from my card and assured me that you will get 9000 refund as extra interest however the same is still not received. Whenever I am trying to book any property accross the country the just say this property is full or no rooms are available.
No sales person is now picking up the phone and they all left the organisation. Also not sure why the company has changed the name from Vivanta to amanta.
Now they are saying that if you ask for package cancellation you will only get approx 25%.
Please look into this and resolve my issues.
