Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Sheetal Singh resident of Coimbatore,Tamilnadu wish to lodge a complaint against Ghar Soap for non-delivery of an order that I had placed and paid for.

Despite repeated follow-ups, I have neither received the product nor any communication from the company regarding shipment or refund. This clearly amounts to deficiency of service and unfair trade practice, as defined under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Relief Sought:
Immediate refund of the amount paid, along with applicable interest.
Compensation for the inconvenience and mental harassment caused.
Directions to the company to ensure fair practices for consumers in future.
