I, Suraj Patil, resident of Mumbai, would like to file a formal complaint against a company named “Apex Data Solutions” for cheating, fraud, and misleading job seekers.
I was approached by this company for a job opportunity. During the process, they asked me to pay ₹3000 as a “registration fee.” Trusting their words, I paid the amount. After that, they further demanded an additional ₹2500 under the name of “training purpose.”
However, even after paying the registration amount, I did not receive any job, training, or proper service from their side. When I refused to pay the additional ₹2500 and asked for a refund of my ₹3000, they clearly denied returning the money and irresponsibly told me that I can file a police complaint if I want.
I have also come to know that 2–3 other candidates have been cheated in the same way. This clearly shows that this is a planned fraud company that is cheating innocent people in the name of interviews and job opportunities.
There was no proper company setup, no official documentation, no branding, and no legitimate hiring process. All these facts strongly indicate that Apex Data Solutions is a fraudulent company running a scam to collect money from job seekers.
I request you to kindly take strict legal action against this company and help me recover my hard-earned money. I am ready to provide all necessary proofs such as payment receipts, call records, and messages for your investigation.
