I got a call from FNA solutions ,they said that I am selected for a data entry job and the work is captcha typing .After that they asked me for my documents and said that we will  provide an agreement ,after that the take documents from me like Aadhaar card, photograph etc. They send me the agreement but the agreement was not open that time,after a couple of days the verification team contact me that I got ID password or not.I said that I get the password an the ID But I asked for the platform  where I need to work and they said that I will get a text in inbox or mail with a link BT I didn’t get it.After that I make complaint for it and they said I will get the text between two days BT I didn’t get yet.before that they clearly said about the clauses and the penalties BT If I don’t get any link then how and where I started my work .I am trying to contact there customer care I am trying to contact there company but I didn’t get any response from them.Thats why I stop thinking about it.After 14 days there lawyer call me and told me about the penalties and about the case .They registered a case against me for not completing my work,but how I can started my work.If I didn’t get any platform from them then how I can start and now they said that u need to complete ur dues or you need to start Ur process legally .I don’t know what to do  And the lawyer also said about the claim money if I will register any case against them then they will claim 11 month’s loss of them .I want that the consumer complaints court need to punish them for their fraudulent activities and for demanding money from consumer. After that I enquired of their company help line number and their sells executive and their HR department but the all number s are scam in Truecaller. I want justice for this..
