I tried to book my flight on 23rd may from Chandigarh to ahmedabad for 27th may. It showed processing but the payment was deducted from my account. Later the flight got canceled. I called in travolook they said refund will be initiated within 15 days. I called them back after the time period , they said wait 3-4 days. I called them after 24 days they are still saying wait for 7 days. Today on 16th may i called the go air airlines and i found out there is no PNR on the ticket and no flight was actually canceled for 27th may. I googled travolook reviews and I realised so many people like me got into this scam. I booked my flight for rs 4409. I seriously request to take an action against this travolook company/website as there are a lot of people who are losing money. Please help!
