On 13jan2021 at afternoon I got a call from a lady,Meers Tanna (6359407692)from ahemdabad from a GUJRAT based company, Oracle data consultant that you are selected for home job of ebook typing .After that she send me a message on WhatsApp and asked me a identification card then she send me a link to register my name and I got a email where I got a link online where I had to digitally sign an agreement.Initially it wasn’t written on the agreement that there would be a any penalty of Rs.6999 in any situation.The lady also didn’t mention any details about this.
In home job I will be given 100 images out of these,100notepad files have to be typed from respective images. I have sent agreement after signing. after that I got a mail containing workload of 100images and new agreement which is not same as previous one.
I submitted my work ontime (22jan2021) as agreed. I got a reply mail saying my work is only 75%accurate. again I got a mail of Mayank Sharma (legal.mayankadvocate@gmail.com) (8733868372)threatening ne to pay penalty of Initally it wasn’t written about penalty but new agreement which I got on mail with workload,it was written,I shocked to see this penalty clause.I asked them about this fraud so they send me a FIR copy on mail at 4o clock and after 2hour they me a case I’d 624684 registered in session court of Jamnagar room no 602 for the date 20jan2021.
They are abusing me on phone.so I request the government please take strict action against this fraud company or fake people. And please help me what should I do?
