People are being harassed with high interest rates contrary to RBI anf NBFC regulations. A similar apps was recently removed from the Google Play Store. But now again these apps are in the Play Store.
This apps regulations are against to
Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2011.
Many people have made complaint about unauthorizrd and illegal instant loan apps , but still some of them are available in play store , that mean they are still free to cheat the borrowers , some of them are Smart Loan, Smart Rupee etc. please take action against these fraud loan apps , and remove them from play store. I think some meaningful action will be taken against unauthorized instant loan apps.
In the past, people took their lives by taking loans for financial needs and not paying high interest rates.
So, please remove this apps in play store and save several middle class and low class peoples.
We suspect that there are still a lot of loan apps. So we want you to take appropriate action.
