PLEASE HELP !!
I would like to raise a fraud complaint against https://www.travolook.in flight booking.
I have booked a flight ticket from gwalior to bangalore on 18 JULY 2022 from https://www.travolook.in using Google pay and my ticket amount got deducted from my bank account(kotak) immediately . After a few minutes,I got an email from the merchant saying my ticket has been cancelled And the amount of 4183 INR was deducted.
I have written several emails and called so many times but still not received my refund
I WANT TO RAISE A FRAUD REQUEST AGAINST THIS MERCHANT AT EARLIEST AND WOULD LIKE TO REQUEST MY REFUND BACK.
