On 11 january, 2021 .I got a call from a mobile number 8866791381 from a Gujarat based company Oracle Data Consulting / aptechsolution.in (both have same addresses) that you are selected for Work from Home Job of ebook typing. I will be given 100 images and out of these, 100 notepad files have to be typed from respective images. For which you have to sign an agreement immediately and give any identity verification card. I have send them after signing. She has not given me enough time to thoroughly read it. After sending this online agreement,I search about this company on internet and found that this company is fraud and ask a huge amount of money and people.I immediately send my resignation letter to them and ask them to cancel my agreement, before their work to be send but now that are asking me to give a hefty amount of money and threating me that they will misuse with my information. On next day, I got a mail containing an Agreement and workload. In this agreement there was a clause that I have to pay a penalty of Rs. 6999/- if I want to cancel this agreement or do not furnish the task on time or if I do not meet 100% accuracy level.
Sir, As soon as I read this Agreement I shocked to see the Penalty Clause (which was not intimated verbally over mobile call). Then I immediately mailed them to waive off the penalty amount or please cancel this agreement as this clause is not acceptable to me.
Please help me to cancel this Agreement, as I don’t want to work with this fraud company. I have found lots of negative views about this company. I find that these fraud companies demand hefty amount from us. I belong to a poor family and I don’t have enough money to fulfill the demand of these fraud companies.

Same incident happens with my wife now they are threatening us and using inappropriate words for me and wife. The are abusing us on phone. How can a professional company use these types of words. I can’t even mention what type of words the are using.
