On 11 january 2021. I got a call from a mobile number 8866791381 from company Oracle Data Consulting that you are selected from Home job of eBook typing. I will be given 100 images and out of these 100 notepad files have to be typed from those images. For which you have to sign an agreement immediately and asked for a identity verification also. I have send them after signing. She has not given me enough time to read it thoroughly. After sometime I check about this company on internet and found that it is a fraud company I immediately send my resignation letter to them before sending their work and asked them for my resignation but now they are asking for the hefty amount of money and threating me that they will misuse from my information and after this I got a mail containing an agreement. In this agreement there was a clause that I have to pay a penalty of Rs.6999/- if I do want to do work or didn’t complete the task on time with 100%accuracy. As soon as I read this agreement I shocked to see the Penalty Clause. I also tell them that this agreement is not acceptable to me.
Please help me to cancel this agreement as I don’t want to work with such type of fraud company. I have found a lot of negative reviews about this company. I find this company demand hefty amount from us. I belong to poor family and I don’t have enough money to fulfill their demand of these fraud companies.
