Sir, I ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra for Rs. 18600/- by the seller sent me a fake iPhone 12 Pro Max. I complained to the seller and the seller promised me a refund but after some few hours I could reach the seller’s phone and no longer reply of my message through WhatsApp from the seller. I want a full refund. Please take necessary action against this fraud so that they won’t any one again on the future.
