Text of Complaint by Yuvraj:

Hi, I had bought a Television from Flipkart (My Invoice# Order ID: OD121024429956670000) and the three years extended complete care warranty along with it. Now, the television has stopped working and, as per the Flipkart, they don’t have the part and are unable to repair the product and now, they have been asking me to return the defective television and get a refund of Rs. 3510.

*I did not buy my Television for Rs. 3510* . What was the point of taking the Extended Complete Cover Warranty on the television ? Complete cover warranty means that the company will have to repair the defective product. And, in case Flipkart is unable to repair the defective product – They need to either Replace the defective product or, at least refund the cost of the repair / defective part.

If Flipkart wants me to return the television, then they should refund the complete amount for my Television that I spent during the purchase. Or, they need to refund the cost for its repair and, I can get the TV repaired myself.
