I have purchased clothes and other materials from Flipkart using the Flipkart Pay Later EMI Facility. The amount was INR 15000 and I converted this amount in EMI for tenure of 6 or 12 months. I have paid all these EMIs on time each month to Flipkart but Flipkart is not paying these EMIs to lender bank IDFC First Bank. Actually, whenever we purchase anything using the Flipkart Pay Later EMI option on Flipkart, it creates our personal loan account with IDFC First Bank. Due to the fact that Flipkart is not paying further to the bank, it’s affecting my CIBIL Score, which drastically decreased. I inquired with IDFC Bank about these loan numbers – 54890451, 55309473, 51205804, 58522798, 74767486, etc. They informed me that I am not paying the amount of EMI on time and these are dues on my account. This is completely my financial loss due to Flipkart Private Limited only. I asked them to solve this issue last year and raised a complaint two times with NCH as well. After that first time flipkart india private ltd. assured that they will resolve the issue in 50 days and talk with the bank as well. But now one year later, Flipkart has not resolved this issue yet. And second time they completely ignored that issue has been resolved. And now they are not solving issues after several months. I am contacting them every week and they giving timeline of 24-48 hours but not solving issue. IDFC First Bank pointing to Flipkart and Flipkart pointing to IDFC First Bank. I need financial support from banks but all banks denied me for any kind of loan due to this underlying issue. I am getting frustrated day by day, because of my huge financial loss. Hope you will take a suitable action against Flipkart India Private Limited. I can’t attach any PDF or image as all proofs contain my mobile number.
