Dear Flipcart,

I bought a new phone Redmi Note 12+ Pro from flipkart in which I got my old phone (Oppo A5s) in exchange. About a week after getting the new phone, the executive from Flipkart came to take the old phone, when he came we showed him the old phone, he checked the phone, then he asked for the charger & USB Cable, so we gave him that too, then he took the old phone asked for the box, I did not know about the box of the old phone that I will have to give that too, so I told him that I have kept the box but will have to find it, so he said that you find it and keep it, I will take it the day after tomorrow, and Saying this he went away.

When I ran Flipkart in the evening, I saw that my exchange has been rejected. I immediately called the customer care, there I was assured that your problem would be solved in 2-3 days, then after 3 days I looked and found that my issue has been resolved without any solution, I did this told my issue to customer care 3 times, from there I just got the answer that your problem will be resolved soon and every time the issue was closed showing resolved without any solution.

Then finally on calling customer care I was told that your time is out, now there will be no solution and since your old phone is not on, your exchange has been rejected.

So I want to inform that I will raise my voice against the arbitrariness of Flipkart, because I have been cheated and I will also present this fraud on public platform so that new people cannot be cheated by Flipkart.

My old phone (Oppo A5s) is 100% OK and still in use.

I will no longer sit silent and raise my voice against this fraud and arbitrariness.
