Text of Complaint by Siddhanth Sankritya:

It’s 25th of July,2022 as I am writing this.I ordered a Safari Star Set of 2 Bags on 17th July,2022. I received the order on 19th but I immediately scheduled it for refund as the trolleys had defective chains and low quality handle. This was scheduled to be picked up by 23rd July but the delivery boy never came to pick it up.My refund order was rescheduled by flipkart 2 times and today on 25th July,I am filing this complaint about this issue. I contacted the delivery person yesterday(24th July,2022) at 3:47 p.m., he told me that he would call me back when he reaches my address. But he did not call back and I have called him nearly 20 times and he has been continuously rejecting my calls ever since. Possibly he might have blocked my number. I am really angry about this. And I request Flipkart to look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.
