On 07-04-2023, I purchased a Blue Star 1-Ton Portable AC.
Order Id- OD427767690994209100, From Flipkart. Through on EMI.
Unfortunately, Blue Star 1 Ton Portable AC has not performed well.
It seems that the product is not working as I expected. It’s not even cooling more than an Air Cooler.
I read your terms and conditions, and I am well aware that customers are entitled to return the product within 10 days by return product policy. So I bought this product from Flipkart. I complained instantly to the customer support team but they’re not helpful and have raised many complaints about this issue but unfortunately, there is no response on the same.
After the conversation with the Customer support team, they raised my complaint for a refund and they canceled it on their own without my permission or feedback by saying the issue has been resolved on behalf of the report technician, the technician had not even visited also.
Which was totally Wrong or False.
I also complained through the mail to the head person, they did not even reply. Then whenever I called to Customer support team they are saying Please wait for 48 to 72 hours, We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. Now they are saying I am sorry it’s too late for return. This happened serval times. so I am here to seek your help!
To resolve the problem,
I want my full refund with Compensation as per the Consumer Law guidelines for Frauding and Mental Harassment.
