Dear team ,
This is visweswaraiah.p , i have ordered a mobile from flip kart with exchange offer. But the delivery executive deny to take my old phone due some scratches located on it. Hence he want me to pay the remaining amount after confirming with flip kart i have agreed with the condition.
I have intimated the same thing with flip kart that im ready to make the remaining payment so that i need my product as soon as posible.
After making no: mails and calls aslo they are not responding properly. I am still waiting for product .
Please do need full on this issue.
