My name is Muhamedali NA.I have ordered one Fire Boltt BSW005 smartwatch(Black) through Amazon and the product was delivered on 6/09/2021. While receiving the product was in working condition but after 1 month of use it stopped working.I had registered a complaint to fireboltt, and they picked the item from me through DELHIVERY on 10.11.2021, but the same was not returned .I have sent so many mails to fireboltt customer care.No reply.They have cheated me.Hence I request that consider my complaint at the earliest.
