My brother gifted me Fire boltt smart watch on 18th june 2022, after 2 months Smart watch button & sensor was not working .So as I was having warranty of the watch so on 7th september i submitted it to A.S Technology andheri service centre ,They told me to provide replacement in 10-12 working days,But still i didn’t received replacement of my smart watch ,After 20 days they contacted me & said replacement won’t be possible you will be provided voucher worth of your bill amount(₹3800) which you can redeem on fire boltt site for free of cost. But i still didn’t received Coupon code.I this type of customer service is being provided by Fire boltt representatives ? it almost being 1 months as i submitted my watch at service center ,Still not getting any proper solution.There customer care representatives are also not responding to my complaint & service centre representatives are also not resolving my problem .
Pls help me to resolve my complaint as soon as possible.I am also attaching the receipt that was provide to me by service centre
