Respected sir,
I purchased fire boltt invincible plus smart watch from the website of fire boltt on 19th of April 2023. They sent me the product on 21st April 2023.As I used the smart watch for 15 days but in the watch some functions like always on display and steps count was not working so I emailed to fire boltt at infocare@boltt.com that this issue is persisting.Even I called to fire boltt customer care also and said them the issue.They email me and told me on customer care number the same thing please send your invoice bill copy photo and make a video of the watch how it’s not working.I’ll do the same.but there is no response from the fire boltt team.I again email them then the answer comes that go to your near service center and give them the watch.I’ll do the same.On 8th May I surrender my watch at service center.they give me a job sheet and told me that with in 10-15 days your watch will be replaced as this watch has some software issues so it’s not working so we are sorry for inconvenience to you but please wait for 10-15 days.After 15 days I called to F1 info solutions service center at Ahmedabad, they told me that there is no response from fire boltt team wait for some days more… after that I called repeatedly every 3-4 days in week but the answer is same. In this time between I called to service center and customer care number of times but the problem remains same unresolved.Yesterday on 7th of June I talked directly with senior officer of fire boltt team they told me your invoice that you sent us via email and via service center both are very blur and not visible that’s why your request is pending.please send it again properly.Today on 8th June 2023 I personally visited to F1 info solutions service center and give my original invoice bill to the service centre person.He told me I will help you madam don’t worry but after 2 hours I called to customer care number of fire boltt team they told me that sorry madam we can’t provide you the same watch as it is not available so we will give you the coupon code and by using it you can purchase any other product of our fire boltt.I said why should I purchase any other product.Its your promise that you will definitely exchange the same watch to me.Now you are changing your words.I want either same smart watch that I purchased or refund my money back. They refused to refund my money but not ready to give the replacement too. They told me that you will get the coupon code only.But I don’t want it as My watch is of Rs. 4749 and there is no similar products available at the website of fire boltt of same price so why am I ready for coupon code.
So my complaint regarding fire boltt smart watch company.please help me to get my watch back or my money refund
