Sir/Madam,
- I, introduce myself as Namrata Vilas Kadre d/o.Vilas Kadre aged 22 currently in service at Ulhasnagar.
I am a regular user of Internet and social networking sites. Never have I faced any problems in using any online website however yesterday I got victim of Online payment fraud. I have ordered on 16th July 2020 one piece dress (Neck Drawstring Printed Striped Skater Dress), having order No #7629 , by using Fibre Fashion Site. The balance of Rs. 249 was deducted from my saving account but order was not placed. I also called up Fibre fashion customer care numbers at 7602699737and 9102124538. At 7602699737 number some Rajeev Rajan was on call I told him that I have place the order but I did not received yet. He said you need to fill refund application form to get the money back. He sent that form in link through sms. I filed that form but did not receive any confirmation for successful submission. Afrer disconnection of call when I check my balance via google pay app I have seen my bank balance was NIL.
I request kindly take the above on record and take strict action on fibre fashion site and help me to get my money back.
