I havs placed online order for men loafers on ferrarishoes.com dated 24/7/2020 and got confirmation for order number41459.

After some day got sms confirmation that your parcel handed over to expressgo courier and way bill number is 2212241459.

Expressgo also send sms that your parcel is in transit on dated 29/7/2020. After 5day i.e. dated 4/8/2920 i have again written a email to expressgo about the parcel deliver date confirmation and they replied their office is closed for 14days due to corona positive found in their office and they confirmed that my parcel is safe with them and they forward it after 14 days.

But still there is no response form both the parties.

Please do needful.
