Respected Sir/Madam,
I would like to file a consumer complaint against Faze Fashion regarding the delivery of an incorrect product against my order.
I had ordered “4 COTTON LINEN SHIRT SLIM CASUAL BX4 (PACK OF 4) x 1” from the website [https://fazefashion.shop/](https://fazefashion.shop/), but instead of the ordered shirts, I received two third-quality T-shirts, which are entirely different from the product shown and described at the time of purchase. This amounts to delivery of the wrong product and unfair trade practice.
The payment for this order was made through Cash on Delivery. I contacted the seller for return and refund assistance, but I have not received proper guidance or resolution so far. Therefore, I request your intervention in this matter.
I kindly request the Consumer Forum to direct the seller to arrange for return pickup and provide a full refund at the earliest. I have attached copies of the order details, product images, and related communication for reference.
I shall be grateful for your assistance in resolving this issue.
