Hi,
I made a purchase of airtel broadband, they have assure me to provide fiber service by today. But they didnt fix any broadband service till now, and their sales person is also not responsible to pick my calls. This is so bad on a branded company like airtel. I made my payments two days before itself, having this kind of false customer service is not I have expected from them.
