Text of Complaint by Kumaresh:

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Excitel Broadband for failing to provide timely support and resolution to my service request.

I raised a complaint on 08-Oct-2025 to shift my broadband connection to a new address. Despite contacting their support team more than 10 times, my issue remains unresolved. No technician has visited or contacted me, and I have not received any meaningful update from Excitel.

Due to this delay, 8 days of my work have been pending, and I have had to rely on mobile data daily, which has caused significant inconvenience and financial burden. I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability from Excitel.

I request the Consumer Court to kindly take necessary action against Excitel Broadband and direct them to resolve my issue immediately.
