Respected Sir/Madam,
I wish to file a complaint against Eureka Forbes Ltd., for failure to fulfill their contractual and service obligations related to products I have purchased under warranty and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). Despite multiple reminders, the company has failed to take corrective actions.
Details of Complaint:
Non-Service of Water Softener (AMC Active):
I have an active AMC for my water softener purchased from Eureka Forbes. Despite multiple service requests and follow-ups, no technician has been assigned, and service remains pending, violating the terms of the AMC.
Refund Not Issued for Undelivered Product:
I placed and paid for an order that was never delivered. Despite repeated emails and calls, no refund has been issued to date. This is a clear case of deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
Non-Service of Water Purifier:
A service request was raised for my Eureka Forbes water purifier as well, which has been ignored. Despite written communication, no one has attended or responded.
I have made multiple attempts to resolve these matters amicably by contacting customer care via email and phone, but all efforts have failed. There is a consistent lack of accountability and responsiveness, which has led to harassment and mental agony.
