I have applied for a secured credit card on the Epifi Money app (called Fi). I have created two FDs each 44500/- as safety deposit against the card. However, it has been 10 days and I’m yet to get a credit card. Furthermore, their customer care service is refusing to do anything to refund me back my fixed deposit money
