Subject: Regarding removal of wrongful loan entry (EAR CPL) from my Credit Report.
Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this to bring to your notice a serious discrepancy in my CIBIL report. An account named EAR CPL (Encore Asset Reconstruction Company) is showing a loan/dues against my name, but I have never taken any loan or credit facility from this company or any of its associated banks.

Problem Details:
I checked my CIBIL report on 07/02/2026, and I was shocked to see an entry from EAR CPL.
I have no past or present financial relationship with this entity.
This incorrect entry is negatively impacting my credit score and causing me mental distress and financial loss.
My Request:
I request you to investigate this matter urgently. If EAR CPL cannot provide proof of a loan agreement signed by me, this entry should be removed from my CIBIL record immediately to restore my credit health.
I have attached a copy of my CIBIL report highlighting the error for your reference.
