This e-retail web site (essentialsme.com) is offering combo offer for electronics items at a very discounted price. Unfortunately, I yesterday placed order for some electronic item on this site on COD basis. Somehow I got suspicious on such heavily discounted offer and scrolled about this website on google and came over a number of consumer complaints against this e-commerce site. Since realizing the fact , I immediately mail a message for cancellation of my order on the email address given under the contact detail of this site. However, so far I have not received any response in this regard. I also tried to contact over the phone number mentioned in the contact detail of this site which also seems to be spam number.
