Hello Airtec Team & Amazon
I had contact with you multiple times over the toll free number as well over the whatsapp Chat, you took 2 days to raise a complaint . Now 14 days have already passed but not getting any valuable response from your side. every day your Team is saying, you will get the remote in next 2 days but didn’t get remote & never got docket details to track the part. so finally I am sending my email to notify you as I am not taking legal action against you & Amazon .Such companies should be black listed who are not providing services after selling the product.
