I locked my Jio sim (+91 6290426175) on 25th June, 2020 as my phone was stolen. The next day I took one duplicate sim from the Jio store. But the duplicate sim was also locked on the 27th June, 2020. After I called multiple times to the Jio Customer Care to unlock my duplicate sim but the issue still exists.

Every time I called customer care I was misguided by them. I received a lot of false promises such as my sim will be unlocked within 48 hours.
Could you please resolve this issue ASAP or else I have to switch to the other service providers.
