I ordered (Order No. EP-1972249) medicines on 7th December 2021 from Dhani Pharmcy application and paid total amount from my Credit card which was automatically rooted through Dhani Wallet which I don’t want to root from any wallet. After 3 days on 11th December they modified my order and cancel one item from my order and refund to dhani wallet instead of my credit card, and most worst part is today is 15th December and till today they have not delivered any thing to me and keep changing delivery date and order date in their system/app.
I think they have started selling medicines without understanding importance of medicines.
