Dear sir ,

Am writing this complaint regarding my loan amount and subscription fee issues.
On 7th feb 2022 I paid my full loan amount but still showing pending in my account. Today I come to know that dhani team deducted that amount as a subscription fee.

If am not using your services then why should I pay subscription fee. This is not right way that your team doing. According to law if am not using any kind of services provided from provider then am not liable to pay any kind of fee to your company(dhani).
From 8 feb to till date I’m getting unnecessary calls from your call center and your customer representative team people’s don’t have common sense how to talk your customers. And they are using abusive language & they are mentally harassed me for making due payment and also said if you will not clear your payment today we will send recovery team at your home and you put behind the bars. Is it the correct way to talk with your customers.

All ready I paid my all dues but you team deducted that amount as a subscription fee.

Kindly clear my all dues ASAP. “Otherwise I have to fill a case against dhai team and your customer service representative in CONSUMER COURT & IN RBI LOKPAL AND ALSO ONE CASE FOR DOING MENTALL HARASSMENT AGAINST YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ” .

I talk with customer care representative also and they hear my issue and 5hey told me we I’ll reslove your issue but still no solutions is provided from that side.

Take this mail in priority basis and . And Do needful, waiting for positive response/reply from your team.
