Respected Sir,
I am as student unfortunately i have used dhani app and its dhani one freedom credit service and i have paid the amout i have uses ny dhani and i have requested them many times to deactivate my account and update it to CIBiL data but they are very irresponsible about customers data they don’t update it after 3month i have checked my cibil report still my dhani loan is showing active and also it is showing rs 2917 of due amount to dhani but i uave cleared all my dues .
