I am order Viva 4g smartphone online on 23rd Jan.2021. The payment is made by cash on delivery. Today 26th Jan 2021 it’s delivery on that time I pay the amount of Rs.2999 by cash.
I am very happy to open the box I socked inside in my order smartphone is not there. Alternatively one small 2g keypad handset and one playing box is there. Then immediately i call back to courier boy he is also can’t proper response me. Afterthan i feel for this hope4shops company is cheating me. Because I am totally upsets and mentally heavy stressed. So kindly make the seviour action against to this cheating companies and get back my money early
