Dear Sir,
It is very unfortunate that the delivery man wanted to throw the material while delivering the material because there is a covid positive patient in my house. I think this is very inhuman attitute towards the customer. Before the handing over the material there was an enough space in front of my house for maintaining social distancing more than 4 meter as per Government guideline. He behaved very arrogantly and roughly. He showed intangibility. This kind of behaviour hurts myself and my oldage family members too. I think this a crime and should be avoided.
Therefore, I would request you kindly address my complaint letter and take necessary action against the delivery man so that this kind of inhuman attitude and behaviour towards the customer must be abolished.
