I have ordered a 5in1 Sofa Set on 18 aug 2020. I did upi transfer to pay with reference PTM20200818109979385732202008180749 through phone pay. I did not get any confirmation message or email for the order. Customer care number of the company is not working . Let me mention also that I saw advertisement of this e commerce company face book.
