Sir I purchased a bike on January month till date I didn’t get my vehicle RC they just say tomorrow will come sir till date 9months go but I didn’t get my RC

My name is Ravi Yadav I bought a hero splendor plus motorcycle from Naugawan Motor Naugawan Sadat District Amroha on 5th April 2023 when I went to the showroom to get the motorcycle serviced then I was told that the first service of your motorcycle It will not be possible because it has been more than 60 days since you have taken your motorcycle, so you will be able to have another service, on this I told them that it is only 14 days since my motorcycle was taken, then I talked to their manager there, I asked them to pay the DMS bill. When removed, I came to know that the motorcycle which was given to me on 5th April 2023 was billed only on 10th October 2022, which means that it was sold from the motorcycle agency 6 months before I took my motorcycle. Sir if I am giving ₹118000 to the company why did you buy a 6 month old bike. If I had to buy a 6 months old motorcycle, I would have bought a new one from the market, why would I have got it at least Rs 20,000 cheaper. You take cognizance of this.
